Feedback
giving and receiving feedback
Most feedback is either too kind to be understood or too harsh to be heard. There is a narrow lane between the two. We spend the whole day in it.
Who is it for?
Managers and team members who want to say what they think and still work together afterwards.
What do you take home?
- You say the uncomfortable thing so the other person gets it and still says hello the next day.
- You can tell an observation from an opinion.
- You can ask for and take feedback without getting defensive.
What it covers
- Feedback culture
- Observation vs judgement
- Developmental feedback
- Taking feedback
You can add
- An assessment before the day (mini360 or Your Assessor)
- A follow-up measurement after 90 days
- Individual coaching sessions for participants
These are charged separately. You can mention them when you book.
Who delivers it?
The day is delivered by the trainer who has worked most on the topic. All of us have worked as managers, and professional business coaching is the second or third profession of every one of us.
