01 Who handles your data

02 What data we collect
The data you enter on the booking form: name, email address, phone number, company name, the day you picked, the dates you asked for, group size, location, payment method and your note, and which campaign link brought you here (for example a newsletter or an ad).
The hosting provider keeps a technical log of visits (IP address, time).
03 What we use it for
To confirm your booking, agree the date, prepare the pro forma invoice or invoice, and deliver the day.
We do not send newsletters or advertising on this basis.
04 Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Keeping issued invoices is a legal obligation: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
05 Where and how long we keep it
Data is stored in the European Union (Supabase, Ireland). The site is served by Netlify.
If the booking does not become an order, we delete the data after 12 months. If it does, accounting documents are kept for 8 years as the law requires.
06 Who we share it with
Our processors: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database, EU), Resend (email delivery), Google Workspace (email).
The trainer delivering your day receives what they need to prepare. We do not pass your data to anyone else and we do not sell it.
07 Cookies
Necessary (no consent needed): your browser remembers your cookie choice and, for the session, which campaign link brought you here.
Statistics (only with consent): Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), with anonymised IP addresses; the _ga cookies last up to 2 years.
Ad measurement (only with consent): Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.), so we can see which of our ads brought you here and keep our ads relevant to you; the _gcl cookies last up to 90 days. Legal basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can change or withdraw your consent any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
08 Automated decision-making
Software helps us process your booking, but no automated decision or profiling is made about you. A member of our team approves every date and every offer.
09 Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or erased, have its processing restricted, receive it in a portable format, and object to its processing.
Write to info@y2y.hu. We reply within one month.
10 Complaints
If you believe we have infringed your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
