01 Who provides the service

02 What these terms cover

The training days in the WorkSkills and LifeSkills catalogue, the Joker and the Reset team coaching sessions, delivered in Hungarian, in Hungary or online. Custom programmes, days in English and locations abroad are covered by a separate quote and contract.

03 How the order is made

Sending the booking form is a request. The order is made when we confirm the date by email, which happens within one working day of the booking. We hold a confirmed day for the client for 5 working days; if we hear nothing by then, the day is released.

The earliest date you can pick is 14 days after the booking.

04 Prices and payment

Prices are net, in Hungarian forint; VAT is 27%. Prices are valid until 31 December 2026.

There is no payment when you book. After the confirmation we send a pro forma invoice or an online (card) payment link, and a formal quote beforehand if you ask for one. The pro forma invoice is payable within 8 days; we issue the invoice once the fee arrives. The day is delivered on condition that the fee has arrived before the day.

For locations outside Budapest, travel (HUF 250 per km) is invoiced separately after the day.

05 Changing the date

You can change a confirmed date once free of charge if you let us know at least 10 days before the day. After that, or for further changes, the cancellation terms apply.

06 Cancellation

If the client cancels: at least 15 days before the day it is free and we refund any amount paid in full; between 8 and 14 days 50% of the fee is payable; within 7 days the full fee is payable.

If we cannot deliver the day (for example because the trainer is ill), we offer a new date or, at your request, refund the full amount paid. We do not undertake any further compensation.

07 Group size, venue, technology

The recommended group size is up to 12. For larger groups the trainer decides whether the day can be delivered in its original form or whether we suggest two groups.

For on-site days the client provides the room and basic equipment (projector or screen, flipchart). For online days participants take part with cameras on.

08 Participant details

Training days fall under the Hungarian Adult Education Act (Act LXXVII of 2013). Before the day we collect the participant details required by law and complete the registration. We use the data only for this purpose, as described in the privacy notice.

09 Materials and recording

The materials used on the day are the intellectual property of Y2Y. Participants receive them for their own internal use; they may not be passed on, published or used in other training. Audio or video recording of the day requires prior agreement.

10 Liability

We deliver the day with professional care. Our liability for any damage is limited to the net fee of the day concerned. Participants are responsible for the decisions they take during the day and their consequences.

11 Other

Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code, governs the contract. We try to settle any dispute by negotiation first. The terms are published on the website; the version in force at the time of booking applies. A separate privacy notice covers personal data.
