Who is it for?
Middle and senior managers who, once pay transparency arrives, will have to talk about pay, pay bands and progression with their team. Four hours, on site or online.

The session is run by Szilvi László: economist, HR consultant and coach, working with managers since 2006 in banking, energy, commerce and manufacturing, and helping companies prepare for pay transparency, from job evaluation to pay bands.

Who delivers it?
The day is delivered by the trainer who has worked most on the topic. All of us have worked as managers, and professional business coaching is the second or third profession of every one of us.
